 Andrew Smash was a concept-oriented restaurant tenant infill project. The goal was to create a unique design concept for a new business whose intention was to eventually franchise and whose primary product would be healthy, organic fruit-based smoothies. The owner desired to create a restaurant that not only served good food, but was fun to be in. A concept was developed that used colors and enormous fruit shapes in a humorous and playful display. To compliment this modern innovative environment, we designed a floor plan with organic, curvy shapes rather than a typical grid pattern.
