 The Schwartz's contacted SOLARC because of our mutual commitment to sustainable, energy efficient design, and their desire to expand and improve the layout of their home. The house before the addition is 2,250 square feet. The new floor plan will add about 550 square feet for a total of 2,800 square feet total. The majority of the house is being remodeled as well, providing a more inviting entry area, updated master suite, adding a sun room, creating a cook friendly kitchen and a better connection between the kitchen, the living room, and the large garden area outside. |
